AI & Digital Transformation Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an innovative and technology-driven AI & Digital Transformation Engineer to support the company’s digitalization initiatives and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions across construction and business operations. The candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, automation, data analytics, and digital workflows within the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead AI strategy across the organization Implement enterprise AI systems Create AI governance frameworks Lead digital transformation Integrate AI with ERP, procurement, and operations Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for construction and business operations. Support digital transformation initiatives across departments including HR, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Project Management. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Develop dashboards, reports, and data analytics tools for management decision-making. Coordinate implementation of ERP, BIM, IoT, and digital construction technologies. Work with different departments to improve workflow efficiency using AI and automation tools. Support document digitization, workflow automation, and smart reporting systems. Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the construction industry. Provide technical support and training to users on digital platforms and systems. Ensure data security, system integration, and compliance with company IT policies. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and project reports related to digital initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience in AI tools, automation platforms, and digital transformation projects. Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, Machine Learning, or data analytics tools. Familiarity with ERP systems, BIM platforms, and cloud-based technologies is preferred. Understanding of construction industry workflows and digital construction practices is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and management. Experience in UAE construction or engineering industry is preferred.
