Salesforce Developer - Senior Associate
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Salesforce Integration Developer Senior Associate, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability, enhancing business processes and efficiency. Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to: Design and develop integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools, with a focus on MuleSoft. Utilize MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to build, deploy, and manage APIs and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements and business needs, translating them into technical specifications. Implement and maintain integration solutions, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability, leveraging MuleSoft's capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support and guidance, particularly in the context of MuleSoft integrations. Optimize integration processes for performance and scalability, using MuleSoft best practices. Maintain documentation of integration configurations and processes, including MuleSoft API specifications and flow diagrams. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and MuleSoft integration technologies and best practices. Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise, especially in MuleSoft development. Desired Candidate Profile Job Qualifications:/ Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and integration technologies, including MuleSoft. Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of API development and integration tools, with hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and tools. Knowledge of data management and security best practices. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer) are highly desirable. MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
