Sales Manager
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Purpose- Responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for INTALEQ’s IT solutions and services in the sports and entertainment sectors. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and positioning INTALEQ as a trusted technology partner for major events and organizations. The Sales Manager will act as a key contributor to the company’s commercial success by aligning client needs with innovative digital solutions, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership. Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with INTALEQ’s vision and business objectives. Identify new markets and opportunities for IT solutions in sports and entertainment sectors Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer experience. Business Development Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for market positioning. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements. Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials supporting sales initiatives. Performance & Reporting Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review." Desired Candidate Profile Qualification- 7 – 10 years of progressive experience in sales within IT solutions and services, preferably in sports, entertainment, or large-scale event technology. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing complex, high-value deals. Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies relevant to sports and entertainment industries. Experience in building strategic partnerships and managing key accounts at senior levels. Experience in sports and entertainment technology solutions is an advantage. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Professional certifications in Sales Management, IT Solutions, or related areas (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, ITIL, or equivalent) are preferred. Required Skillset: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. Strong knowledge of IT solution architecture, SaaS models, and integration concepts. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for clients. Advanced skills in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and delivering high-impact presentations. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
