Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role1 : Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Integration Production Support · Provide L2/L3 support for integrations built on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). · Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures within defined SLAs. · Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring integration issues. · Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests related to integrations. Fusion HCM & Payroll Integrations · Support inbound and outbound integrations related to: · Core HR · Payroll · Absence, Benefits, Learning, Recruitment (as applicable) · Support common HCM/Payroll integrations such as: · Employee master data · Payroll inputs and outputs · Costing and GL integrations · Third-party payroll/bank/WPS integrations · Troubleshoot issues related to: · HCM Extracts o HDL / HSDL based feeds · Payroll flows and ESS jobs OIC Development & Enhancements · Develop and support: · App Driven Orchestrations · Scheduled Integrations · Basic and Scheduled Lookups · Modify existing integrations to support minor enhancements, regulatory or business changes. · Manage integration versions, reusability, and error handling frameworks. Technical Troubleshooting · Analyze and debug issues using: · OIC activity stream · Tracking IDs · Fault policies and integrations insight (if used) · Handle data transformations using OIC mapper (XSLT). · Support REST/SOAP web service integrations with Fusion and external systems. · Work with middleware, HCM, Payroll, and Finance teams for issue resolution. Release & Environment Support · Support deployments across DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD environments. · Assist during Oracle quarterly updates, regression testing, and validation of integrations. · Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs related to OIC or Fusion failures. Documentation & Stakeholder Coordination Maintain: · Integration design documents · Support runbooks o Error handling and restart procedures Communicate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders on integration health and issues ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Role 2: Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Payroll Production Support (UAE) · Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion Payroll – UAE Legislation. · Support end-to-end payroll processing including: · Payroll run · pre-payments · Costing o Payments · Payroll reversals and adjustments · Resolve payroll discrepancies, retro pay issues, and balance mismatches. · Support month-end and year-end payroll cycles ensuring accuracy and timeliness. · Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and payroll regulations. · Handle payroll incidents, queries, and service requests within agreed SLAs. UAE Payroll Functional Expertise Configure and support: · Payroll elements (basic, allowances, deductions) · Salary structures and formulas · Retroactive pay o End of Service Benefits (EOSB / Gratuity) · Leave encashment · Unpaid leave deductions · Support WPS (Wage Protection System) file generation and validation. · Handle Final Settlement (F&F) calculations including EOSB, leave balance, and pending payments. · Manage payroll for multiple employee categories (monthly, daily, etc.). Techno-Functional & Integration Support Support payroll-related data loads and corrections using: · HDL / HSDL · Payroll batch loaders Troubleshoot payroll integrations with: · Banks (WPS files) o Finance / GL (costing integration) · Third-party systems · Analyze and resolve errors in: · ESS jobs · Payroll flow logs o Extract and interface failures · Coordinate with technical/integration teams (OIC/BI/Finance) as needed. Payroll Reporting & Validation · Support payroll reports using: · OTBI o BI Publisher · Payroll balance reports Perform data reconciliation between: · Payroll · Core HR · Finance / GL · Support statutory and management payroll reporting. Change Requests & Enhancements · Perform impact analysis and implement minor payroll enhancements. Support configuration changes due to: · Business policy updates · Regulatory changes · Assist with Oracle quarterly patch testing (payroll regression testing). Documentation & Stakeholder Communication Prepare and maintain: · Payroll SOPs · Run books Issue resolution documentation Communicate effectively with: · HR Operations · Payroll teams · Finance teams · IT and Oracle Support Desired Candidate Profile Role1 : Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Must Have Skills · Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC – Gen2). · Hands-on experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll. · Good understanding of Fusion HCM and Payroll business processes. · Strong support experience in production/AMS environments. Technical Skills · REST & SOAP web services · OIC adapters: · Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter · REST Adapter · FTP Adapter · XML, XSD, XSLT · Integration security and authentication mechanisms · HDL / HSDL and HCM Extract concepts Tools & Process · Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.). · Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change). Good to Have · Exposure to Payroll integrations (costing, WPS, bank interfaces). · Basic understanding of Fast Formulas and payroll elements (functional awareness). · Experience with OIC Insight or B2B Trading Partner Management. · Exposure to multi-country or large-scale HCM integration landscapes Soft Skills · Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. · Ability to work under pressure during payroll and critical business cycles. · Clear communication with technical and functional teams. · Good documentation and knowledge-sharing practices. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Role2 : Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Must Have Skills · Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC – Gen2). · Hands-on experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll. · Good understanding of Fusion HCM and Payroll business processes. · Strong support experience in production/AMS environments.
