Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Delivery Lead / Project Manager HCM / SCM / Finance Job Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: 10 to 15 Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Delivery Lead / Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud SaaS applications and proven experience in managing ERP and Non-ERP technology deliveries across multiple skill sets. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and delivery management capabilities in Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM, or Oracle Finance along with experience handling enterprise application projects, stakeholder management, and cross-functional technical teams. Saudi Nationals are preferred; however, other nationalities with relevant experience may also apply. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Work extensively on Oracle Cloud SaaS modules including Oracle HCM, SCM, or Finance. Drive end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and delivery governance. Manage ERP and Non-ERP delivery engagements across technologies such as Java, .NET, integrations, and enterprise applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Coordinate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams for seamless project execution. Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with organizational standards. Support resource planning, vendor coordination, and delivery optimization initiatives. Prepare project status reports, delivery metrics, and executive updates. Mentor teams and contribute to continuous process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills & Qualifications: 10 to 15 years of overall IT experience with strong Oracle Cloud ERP exposure. Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SaaS with expertise in at least one domain: Oracle HCM Oracle SCM Oracle Finance Strong understanding of ERP implementation and support lifecycle. Experience handling Non-ERP technology deliveries across Java, .NET, integrations, and enterprise applications. Good project management and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification preferred but not mandatory. Prior experience working in the Middle East/GCC region is an added advantage. Saudi National preferred.
