DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities You will play a critical role in shaping the organization s DevSecOps strategy, improving developer productivity, and promoting automation and security best practices across the software delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities DevSecOps Platform Leadership Provide technical leadership and mentorship for DevSecOps platforms and engineering best practices Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for DevSecOps tooling and platform services Serve as a trusted technical advisor to development, security, and operations teams Promote a culture of automation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence CI/CD & Automation Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release management Drive automation initiatives to improve software delivery speed, reliability, and consistency Standardize engineering workflows and deployment practices across teams Support infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi Cloud & Container Platform Management Manage and scale cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments Oversee container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, and GKE Ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security Support containerization technologies such as Docker and related ecosystem tools Security & Observability Integrate automated security tooling including SAST, DAST, IAST, and SCA into CI/CD pipelines Champion DevSecOps security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle Implement and maintain observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and tracing platforms Work with tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, and similar technologies Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes Improve developer experience and operational efficiency through platform enhancements Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and platform standards Identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and system improvement Requirements What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or software development with a strong focus on automation Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python or Bash Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams effectively Experience with observability and monitoring platforms is highly preferred Familiarity with security tooling and DevSecOps methodologies is a strong advantage Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or software development with a strong focus on automation Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python or Bash Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams effectively Experience with observability and monitoring platforms is highly preferred Familiarity with security tooling and DevSecOps methodologies is a strong advantage Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager Get real-time job updates only on our App
