Female Security Guard (Saudi National)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a professional and responsible Female Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and company property. The ideal candidate will monitor premises, control access, conduct routine patrols, and respond promptly to security incidents while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. 3 years of experience as Security Officer preferably in oil and Gas Company or an industrial set-up. Able to read, write English Language. Fluency in English Speaking. Security Training. Valid Driving License and Ability to Drive Patrol vehicles. Basic First Aid Training. A criminal free record from ELM. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and contractors. Conduct security checks and inspections of premises and facilities. Respond quickly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents. Prepare daily incident and shift reports accurately. Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities. Enforce company security policies and procedures. Assist visitors and provide professional customer service. Coordinate with emergency services and management when required. Maintain confidentiality of company information and security matters. Desired Candidate Profile Saudi Arabian National (Female). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous security experience is an advantage. Good communication skills in Arabic and basic English is preferred. Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required. Strong observation and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and behavior. Knowledge of CCTV and basic security procedures is preferred. Preferred Skills Conflict resolution and incident handling. Attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Teamwork and reliability. Working Conditions Shift-based duty schedule. Indoor and outdoor security assignments. May require long standing and routine patrol activities.
