Senior Blockchain Developer – Ripple / XRPL‑based Digital Asset Tokeni

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement secure and scalable smart contracts on the XRPL network, ensuring efficient and reliable token functionalities. Develop and maintain digital asset tokenization solutions, including issuance, management, and trading mechanisms on the Ripple blockchain. Lead the integration of XRPL-based solutions with existing systems, focusing on APIs and data exchange protocols. Optimize transaction performance and gas efficiency within the XRPL ecosystem, reducing operational costs. Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, ensuring the security of all tokenized assets. Research and evaluate new XRPL features and updates, integrating them to enhance the platform's capabilities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation. Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, particularly within the Ripple and XRPL frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define and refine technical requirements. Desired Candidate Profile A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of distributed systems. Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technologies, specifically Ripple and XRPL. Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity, or similar languages on the XRPL. Deep understanding of XRPL consensus mechanisms, transaction processing, and ledger architecture. Experience with digital asset tokenization, including the creation, management, and trading of tokens. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with experience in RESTful APIs. Familiarity with various blockchain development tools such as Ripple's CLI, and other relevant SDKs, and IDEs. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, agile environment.
