ERP Engineer (Manufacturing/Factory Experience)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities ERP Engineer (Manufacturing / Factory Experience) Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Manufacturing / Factory Operations Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ERP Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's ERP system while supporting business processes across production, inventory, procurement, warehouse, and finance departments. Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and support the company’s ERP system. Provide technical support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, HR, and Finance departments to understand system requirements and improve processes. Monitor data accuracy, inventory transactions, production planning, and system performance. Generate reports and dashboards to support operational and management decisions. Support ERP implementation, customization, upgrades, and testing activities. Train users on ERP functionalities and best practices. Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities. Ensure data integrity, system security, and backup procedures. Coordinate with ERP vendors and developers for enhancements and integrations. Benefits Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 (depends on the experience) Visa and Medical Insurance Annual Leave and Air Ticket (as per UAE Labor Law) Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, production planning, procurement, and warehouse operations. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, or similar platforms. Knowledge of SQL, database management, and reporting tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
