Jedox EPM Support Consultant (L2/L3)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 1. Functional & Business Support Support finance users during budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles Troubleshoot issues in planning templates, reports, dashboards, and Excel add-ins Validate calculations, allocations, and data consistency Assist in resolving data mismatches and user queries 2. Technical Support Monitor and resolve ETL jobs, integrations, and API issues Perform performance tuning of cubes, reports, and applications Manage user access, security, and metadata administration Conduct system health checks and environment monitoring 3. Data & Integration Support Monitor automated data loads from SAP S/4HANA, POS, and other systems Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data (Actuals, Budget, Forecast) Provide support for ad-hoc data refreshes and validation 4. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement Deliver minor enhancements such as new reports, planning templates, and dashboards Improve existing models using current data architecture Recommend optimizations and process improvements 5.
