Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Hardware & Embedded OS Integration (Hardware / Firmware) Ensure interfacing, data acquisition and integration of medical devices (oximeter, blood pressure monitor, ECG signals) via appropriate protocols (BLE, Wi-Fi, USB, I2C/SPI). Develop, configure and optimize the embedded software environment on Raspberry Pi architecture (embedded Linux / Yocto / systemd scripts). Manage prototyping and physical testing on microcontroller boards. Dataflow is IoT & Architecture R bucket Structuring and optimizing the processing of high-frequency sensor data streams to ensure smooth and lossless transmission to the sorting station. Implement lightweight and robust IoT communication protocols (MQTT, REST) ​​for data retrieval. Design the overall network architecture enabling the station to communicate reliably with the local hospital servers. Cybersecurity & Health Data Protection Lock and secure the Raspberry Pi platform against local and remote intrusions (OS hardening, access management). Implement a maximum security architecture to guarantee the integrity and absolute confidentiality of patients' medical data (end-to-end AES-256 encryption, TLS/SSL protocols, certificate management). Configure peripheral network security (local firewalls, VPN, network segmentation/VLANs). Desired Candidate Profile Education: Engineering degree or Master 2 in Industrial Computing, Embedded Systems, Networks & Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity. Target schools: ENP (Algiers), USTHB, EMP, ENSIA, ESI, or university programs of excellence in electronics and networks. Comp tences techniques cl s : Excellent mastery of Raspberry Pi development and mastery of Embedded Linux environments. My mastery of C/C++ and Python languages. Solid experience with connectivity protocols (MQTT, BLE, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP). Concrete skills in computer security: router/switch configuration (Cisco CCNA/CCNP certifications are a very strong asset), data encryption, and firewall management. Soft Skills: "Maker" spirit required (enjoyment of handling equipment, connecting sensors, testing prototypes), rigorous technical autonomy linked to the strict requirements of the medical sector.
