Outdoor Sales Executive – B2B
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities B2B Business Development: Identify and prospect potential business clients (offices, companies, factories, retailers, hotels, etc.) across Oman. Conduct daily outdoor visits to generate new leads and close B2B deals. Present and promote Al Farzah's products/services to corporate customers. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients. Use strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and retain clients. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve client queries professionally. 3. Sales Targets & Reporting (Tech Savvy Role): Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B sales targets set by management. Maintain daily digital sales reports (using mobile apps, Excel, Google Forms, or a CRM). Update customer database and track sales pipeline using digital tools. Use smartphone/laptop effectively for presentations, emails, and order processing. 4. Coordination & Market Intelligence: Coordinate with the operations/logistics team for timely delivery to B2B clients. Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Oman. Suggest new B2B opportunities or promotional offers.
