Office Secretary
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources while managing conflicting priorities. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to enhance information retrieval and workflow efficiency. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of office management principles. Proven experience of at least 2-4 years as an office secretary or administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software, showcasing technical competence in daily operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling the management of multiple tasks without compromising quality.
