Finance Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and oversee the financial planning and forecasting process to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations. Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency and the ability to meet financial obligations. Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA to demonstrate advanced knowledge and credibility. Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a corporate finance or investment environment. Experience in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, with a proven ability to drive strategic decision-making.
