Senior HR & Admin Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, employee relations, performance management, and exit formalities. Manage talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of local and overseas candidates. Coordinate UAE visa and immigration processes, including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, dependent visas, Emirates ID applications, and related government transactions. Maintain employee records, HRMS data, leave administration, attendance records, and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare monthly payroll inputs, monitor WPS compliance, and coordinate end-of-service settlements and employee-related documentation. Liaise with government authorities, Free Zones, MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, and other regulatory bodies for employee and company-related requirements. Support compliance activities related to trade licenses, establishment cards, insurance administration, corporate documentation, and regulatory renewals. Manage office administration functions, including vendor coordination, procurement, asset management, telecom administration, and general operational support. Prepare HR reports, trackers, and management dashboards while identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–8 years of UAE experience in HR Operations and Administration, preferably within Free Zone environments. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, WPS, and Free Zone regulations. Proven experience in recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, visa processing, and government liaison activities. Hands-on experience with HRMS systems, HR documentation, and compliance management. Professional HR certification (CHRM, CHRP, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred and will be considered an added advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
