Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting Generate regular reports (sales, collections) Export/import data as needed Administrative Tasks Coordination with departments for CRM updates, collections, legal recovery, handovers for timely reports Document processes and system procedures Handling and managing my calendar Collaboration Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure proper CRM usage Support DOS for sales campaigns Skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Basic Excel or spreadsheet proficiency Problem-solving and communication skills Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the real estate sector. Familiarity with real estate transactions, documentation, and processes is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in sales administration or office management can be advantageous. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales management tools, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Familiarity with data entry, database management, and electronic document filing systems. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing sales documentation and records. Ability to identify and correct errors in contracts, agreements, and other paperwork. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to find creative solutions to enhance sales processes and client satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments. Willingness to assist team members and support collective goals. Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity. Ability to represent the company positively in all interactions. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
