Finance & Administration Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Finance & Accounting •Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. •Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. •Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules. •Coordinate VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. •Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors. •Maintain organized financial records, contracts, and supporting documentation. Banking & Compliance •Manage relationships with banks and coordinate KYC updates, account reviews, and compliance requirements. •Prepare banking documentation and support account openings, amendments, and other banking activities. •Maintain records of banking facilities, guarantees, and corporate correspondence. DMCC & Corporate Administration •Manage DMCC license renewals, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance requirements. •Maintain company licenses, permits, corporate records, and statutory documents. •Liaise with service providers, consultants, banks, and government authorities. •Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure timely completion of all compliance obligations. Administration & HR Support •Oversee general office administration and document management. •Coordinate employee onboarding, visa processing, renewals, and personnel records. •Manage vendor relationships, office expenses, and administrative service providers. •Support management with correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination. •Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives across the business. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. •8+ years of UAE experience in accounting, finance, and administration. •Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, banking procedures, and corporate compliance. •Experience dealing with DMCC or UAE free zone entities. •Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. •Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Preferred Skills •Experience working with DMCC. •Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate tax requirements. •Experience dealing with banks and preparing corporate documentation. •Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. •Professional attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
