Process Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform calculations and hydraulic analysis for process piping. Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, Sequence of Operation, HAZOP Studies & reports, and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments. Hydrostatic design and calculations, knowledge of constructability and other process related studies. Preparation & Issue of RFQ’s, evaluation of vendor’s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc. Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations. Desired Candidate Profile Extensive knowledge of hydraulic calculations, Surge Analysis, relief and flare system design, pipe sizing optimization and other Process systems calculations. Knowledge of HAZOP, Process software (such as HYSYS, PIPENET, PIPEPHASE, FLARENET). Conversant with Engineering Standards such as API, NFPA, ASME, BS / EN and Client Standards. Knowledge of Engineering Standards of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SCECO is an added advantage.
