Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Mechanical Site Inspector (MEP) Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Site Inspector with 6+ years of experience in MEP construction projects. The role involves inspecting and supervising mechanical works to ensure compliance with approved specifications, project quality standards, and authority regulations. Key Responsibilities Inspect installation of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems Monitor quality of mechanical installations and material usage Witness pressure testing, flushing, balancing, and system commissioning Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports Identify defects, snags, and non-conformities and monitor corrective actions Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams Verify work progress, quantities, and compliance with quality standards Attend technical and progress meetings Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense requirements Maintain adherence to health & safety procedures Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 6+ years of experience in MEP site inspection or supervision Strong background in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects Good understanding of UAE/Gulf mechanical standards and authority regulations Ability to read and interpret mechanical and MEP drawings Experience in testing & commissioning activities Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and inspection reporting tools Strong communication and coordination abilities Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Preferred Profile Desired Candidate Profile Currently working as Mechanical Site Inspector, QAQC Inspector, or MEP Supervisor Experience with contractors or consultants Exposure to high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or large-scale projects Based in UAE/GCC or willing to relocate Employment Details Salary: AED 10,000 Contract Duration: 3 Months, extendable Employment Type Full Time Company Industry RecruitmentPlacement FirmExecutive Search Department / Functional Area Site EngineeringProjects Keywords Mechanical Inspector Get real-time job updates only on our App
