Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Overview We are looking for a proactive, well-connected, and result-driven Business Development Manager – Institutional Relations & Real Estate Valuation to support the growth and expansion of 34 Real Estate Valuation L.L.C. The role is focused on developing strong business relationships with banks, developers, law firms, audit firms, real estate agencies, investment companies, family offices, and institutional clients to generate recurring valuation business and long-term partnerships. 34 Real Estate Valuation provides professional property valuation services in Dubai for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, with reports used for sales, mortgage and financing, investment decisions, legal purposes, taxation, insurance, portfolio management, feasibility studies, and other professional requirements. The company is positioned as a RERA-approved valuation company with RICS and IVSC-related credibility, serving clients that require accurate, compliant, and reliable valuation reports. This role is not limited to standard sales activity. The candidate will be expected to support the company’s strategic direction of moving from a traditional valuation office into an institutional valuation and real estate intelligence reference in Dubai and the UAE. The company’s restructuring plan highlights growth through bank valuations, judicial valuations, portfolio valuations, developer consultations, institutional relationships, and real estate intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential, commercial, mixed-use, portfolio, mortgage, legal, and institutional valuation services. o Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, mortgage teams, developers, law firms, audit firms, real estate agencies, investment companies, family offices, funds, and institutional clients. o Generate recurring valuation referrals and B2B partnerships from real estate brokers, developers, consultants, legal firms, and financial institutions. o Support the company in securing bank, developer, corporate, and institutional valuation opportunities. o Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, networking events, and site-related discussions to promote the company’s valuation services. o Understand client valuation requirements and coordinate internally with valuation surveyors, operations, and management to ensure proper service delivery. o Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients, referral partners, institutional prospects, and ongoing business opportunities. o Prepare and support business proposals, service presentations, quotations, client follow-ups, and partnership discussions. o Monitor Dubai real estate market activity, developer projects, mortgage activity, legal valuation requirements, and institutional opportunities. o Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client requests, inspections, reports, invoicing, and delivery timelines are followed up properly. o Support management in strengthening the company’s institutional presence, market positioning, and professional reputation. o Track business development activity, client meetings, lead sources, conversion status, and monthly revenue opportunities. Institutional Relationship Focus Build relationships with banks, mortgage departments, developers, law firms, audit firms, funds, and portfolio owners. Support bank accreditation, institutional cooperation, service-level discussions, and recurring referral channels where required. Position 34 Real Estate Valuation as a trusted valuation partner for professional, legal, financial, and investment-related property decisions. Desired Candidate Profile Strong business development experience in real estate valuation, property consultancy, real estate advisory, banking, mortgage, development, legal services, auditing, or professional B2B services. Existing network with banks, developers, law firms, audit firms, real estate agencies, investors, and institutional clients is highly preferred. Good understanding of Dubai real estate market, property valuation requirements, mortgage valuation, developer requirements, legal valuation, and investment-related property services. Ability to build trust with senior decision-makers, institutional clients, and referral partners. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities. Good commercial awareness with the ability to identify recurring revenue channels and strategic partnerships. Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage a client pipeline independently. Professional appearance and confidence in handling meetings with banks, developers, law firms, investors, and senior stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. UAE driving license is preferred.
