Chartered Accountant / Finance Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Financial Management Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Monitor company budgets, project costing, and profitability Oversee receivables, payables, banking, and cash flow planning Handle multi-company accounting and financial consolidation Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and statutory requirements Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks Manage internal controls and financial governance Ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness Commercial & Operational Support Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making Analyze operational costs and improve financial efficiency Assist project teams in commercial evaluations and financial controls Monitor inventory valuation and procurement financial processes ERP & Systems Maintain and improve ERP/accounting systems Ensure proper financial data management and reporting accuracy Drive process improvements and digital financial workflows Leadership Supervise finance and accounts staff Establish professional finance procedures and reporting standards Support management with business expansion and operational planning Desired Candidate Profile Education Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Additional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, MBA Finance are advantageous Experience 5–12 years of relevant experience Experience in engineering, contracting, industrial trading, or oil & gas-related industries preferred GCC/Middle East experience is an added advantage Technical Skills Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge ERP/Tally/Zoho/SAP/Oracle/Odoo experience preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities Knowledge of project accounting and commercial finance Personal Attributes Strong leadership and communication skills Commercially oriented mindset High integrity and professionalism Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Employment Type Full Time Company Industry RecruitmentPlacement FirmExecutive Search Department / Functional Area FinanceTreasury Keywords Internal ControlsStrategic Financial PlanningTax PlanningFinancial AnalysisAudit ManagementHead Of Finance Get real-time job updates only on our App
