Project Manager - Joinery

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage furniture/joinery projects from project award to final handover. Plan project timelines, schedules, and milestones. Coordinate with design, production, procurement, QA/QC, and installation teams. Ensure materials, manpower, and approvals are available on time. Attend client and consultant meetings and provide project updates. Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability. Resolve project delays, site issues, and material shortages. Supervise installation teams and subcontractors on site. Maintain project documentation and progress reports. Handle snagging, project closeout, and final handover to the client. Desired Candidate Profile Experience managing joinery/furniture/fit-out projects. Strong coordination skills between design, production, procurement, and site teams. Experience dealing with clients, consultants, and contractors. Knowledge of shop drawings, BOQs, materials, and project execution. Ability to manage project schedules, costs, and resources. Experience in site supervision, snagging, and handover procedures. Good communication and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license preferred.
