Civil Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and closing of civil engineering projects, ensuring they align with budget, timeline, and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create detailed project plans and schedules, while addressing any potential risks. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations, making adjustments as necessary. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure the project remains financially viable. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a focus on project management principles. Minimum 7 years of hands-on GCC experience in civil engineering project management, particularly in Commercial / Residential Building Construction. Experience working on large-scale projects, with a proven track record of managing complex timelines and budgets. Able to work under minimum supervision.
