Network and Security Operations Center Expert N3

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: As part of strengthening our Network & Security operations teams, we are looking for a Level 3 NSOC Expert to work on critical, high-availability infrastructures within a complex international environment. Reporting to the Network and Security Operations Center, you will be a key player in maintaining the operational status of infrastructures and providing Level 3 technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include: Providing Level 3 expertise on network and security infrastructures, with a strong focus on F5 Load Balancer solutions; diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving complex production incidents; managing escalated incidents, problems, and changes while adhering to service level agreements; and supporting Level 2 teams as a technical expert and contributing to their skills development. Ensure the operational maintenance of network and security equipment (Load Balancers, Firewalls, Proxies, DNS, VPN, etc.). Monitor infrastructure and guarantee its availability, performance, and resilience. Manage technical changes, assess associated risks, and define validation and regression strategies. Oversee the lifecycle of equipment and software: patching, updates, upgrades, and obsolescence management. Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers during technical escalations. Participate in the continuous improvement of services, the standardization of practices, and the automation of operational tasks. Write and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and support guidelines. Contribute to transformation projects, production deployments, and BUILD-to-RUN transitions. Participate in on-call duty and critical incident management. Technical environment: F5 Load Balancers, NSX-T, Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto Cato Networks, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, BlueCoat Proxy, Cloud Proxy, DNS, Pulse Secure Connect. Automation via Python, APIs, and Ansible. IP networks, BGP, Internet access, and Data Center infrastructures. Why join us? Desired Candidate Profile Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, networks, or telecommunications. Minimum 7 years of experience in the administration and operation of network and security infrastructures within large production environments. Proven expertise in network security infrastructures and data center environments. Excellent command of F5 and/or Fortinet solutions. Knowledge of advanced network architectures and routing protocols. Experience in automating and industrializing operations. Professional English required. Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Customer service oriented, team player, rigorous, and autonomous.
