MEP Construction Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of a construction project. This role ensures that MEP systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Manage and coordinate all MEP installation activities on-site. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project documents. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Supervise and manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and technicians. Collaborate with design consultants, architects, structural teams, and civil engineers to resolve conflicts and technical issues. Monitor progress of MEP work against the project schedule and report delays or issues. Ensure materials and equipment meet project specifications and are delivered on time. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety standards. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Maintain documentation and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
