UAEN Part Time - Admin Officer Dubai
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to relevant departments. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, optimizing the calendar for busy professionals. Maintain and update office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents. Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent qualification; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven administrative or office support experience in a professional setting. Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common office software.
