Senior Supervisor Electro Mechanical

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all electro-mechanical (MEP) maintenance and operational activities at site. Lead and manage teams of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and multi-skilled technicians. Ensure preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule. Monitor the performance of HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, electrical panels, plumbing, and ELV systems. Conduct routine site inspections and identify maintenance requirements and safety concerns. Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity. Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to technicians. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding maintenance and project activities. Review and verify work completion reports, service reports, and maintenance records. Monitor material usage and submit material requisitions as required. Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. Ensure all work is carried out according to approved procedures, specifications, and client requirements. Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and performance reports. Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of technicians and site staff. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all building services and facilities to achieve maximum system reliability and uptime. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MEP maintenance, facilities management, or building services. Proven experience in supervising electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and ELV maintenance teams. Strong technical knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, electrical distribution systems, MDB, SMDB, DB panels, firefighting, and plumbing systems. Good understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, and Fire Alarm systems. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults. Experience in preventive maintenance planning, corrective maintenance, and emergency breakdown management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards applicable to MEP operations. Experience in preparing reports, maintenance schedules, work permits, and documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance reporting systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. UAE driving license is preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
