Fleet Sales Manager – Passenger Vehicles
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Acquire and manage corporate, government, and institutional fleet customers. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and corporate clients. Prepare, present, and negotiate fleet sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and pricing agreements. Drive passenger vehicle fleet sales growth while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness. Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking. Handle tender participation, bid preparation, and contract finalization for fleet sales. Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, and Administration teams for smooth vehicle sales execution. Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review. Ensure adherence to company policies and commercial guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field. 10–16 years of automotive sales experience, with strong exposure in Fleet / Corporate Vehicle Sales. Proven track record in handling corporate and government fleet accounts. Strong experience in fleet sales, tendering, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation. Good understanding of GCC automotive market and passenger vehicle segment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial acumen and target-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Valid GCC or Oman driving license preferred.
