Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Product Manager for CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) is responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for cloud-based communication services such as messaging (SMS, MMS, RCS), voice, video, and APIs. This role involves working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to ensure the development of innovative, scalable, and customer-centric communication solutions. The Product Manager will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure the product meets business and technical requirements while staying ahead of the competition. Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CPaaS solutions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify new opportunities. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs. Product Development & Execution: Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and technical specifications. Manage the product backlog, ensuring clear documentation of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Go-to-Market Strategy & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and positioning. Provide product training and support for sales teams, ensuring they understand the value proposition and key features. Work with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product requirements. Address customer pain points by defining solutions that improve the user experience and increase adoption. Act as the primary product evangelist, presenting at industry events, customer meetings, and internal briefings. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze product performance and usage data to make data-driven decisions. Continuously iterate and optimize features based on feedback and performance insights. Desired Candidate Profile Degree of Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. Total Working Experience: 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cloud communications, telecom, or SaaS industry. Total Experience in Field: 1 year of them experience in CPaaS, API-driven products, cloud communications, or related technologies. Qualifications Necessary for the Vacancy: Strong technical understanding of CPaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-based communication technologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments. Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories. Set of Skills Necessary for the Vacancy: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Experience with API product management, cloud platforms, and telecom technologies. Data-driven decision-making with experience using analytics tools. Specific Degrees, Certifications, etc. Needed for the Vacancy: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute certification is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is beneficial. Knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and API documentation tools is a plus.
