Job Description Roles & Responsibilities In this role, your main responsibilities will be: - Joining the Infrastructure & DevSecOps team and providing Level 3 RunOps support on GCP Cloud environments. - Handling incidents, requests, and deployments via JIRA and Service Anywhere, in collaboration with the Level 1/Level 2 and Build teams. - Monitoring platforms (Kubernetes, GCP), managing alerts, diagnosing incidents, and remediating technical debt. - Contributing to infrastructure optimization, performance improvements, and technical documentation.
