Finance Associate

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and accurate cash collection. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts. Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial health. Maintain and update financial databases and records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls. Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role.
