Commissioning Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare tag-wise Completion Management Plan and link equipment tags with applicable A-ITRs, B-ITRs, and C-ITRs. Review SLDs, process block diagrams, and perform system boundary markups. Prepare and maintain system completion dossiers and handover documentation. Ensure closure of construction activities for CCC and verify readiness for MCC. Identify, categorize, and track punch list items: A, B, and C. Plan and execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Witness testing, calibration, electrical checks, energization readiness, and functional testing. Commission equipment and systems including motors, pumps, HVAC, STP, fire systems, telecom, and electrical systems. Prepare commissioning procedures, checklists, reports, and test records. Coordinate with vendors, client commissioning team, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and operations. Participate in PSSR and ensure safety systems, interlocks, and emergency systems are operational. Ensure all documentation, approvals, and certificates are completed for final handover. Desired Candidate Profile Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 10+ years of experience in systems completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.
