Specializing in joinery fit-out, the company expertly innovates, designs, manufactures, and delivers bespoke furniture pieces. These include kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries, TV cabinets, and kids' rooms, exemplifying craftsmanship and design excellence. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with experience in the joinery and fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all joinery works, materials, and production processes meet company quality standards, project specifications, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities · Conduct quality inspections for joinery production, assembly, and installation works. · Ensure all materials and finished products comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. · Monitor factory and site activities to maintain quality control procedures. · Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, inspection reports, and checklists. · Coordinate with production, site teams, consultants, and clients regarding quality-related matters. · Identify defects, non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. · Perform final inspections before delivery and handover. · Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of joinery materials and finished products. · Follow health, safety, and company quality procedures at all times. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements · Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Wood Technology, Interior Design, or related field. · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within the joinery or interior fit-out industry. · Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, woodworking processes, and installation standards. · Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. · Good communication and reporting skills. · Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
