Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment Officer (UAE National) � Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a prestigious government sector entity in Abu Dhabi . Requirements: UAE National (Abu Dhabi Passport and Family Book Holder). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle (end-to-end recruitment). Strong expertise in: Candidate sourcing and attraction. CV screening and shortlisting. Conducting interviews and candidate assessments. Interview coordination and stakeholder management. Onboarding processes and security clearance procedures. Recruitment administration and reporting. Solid experience with Emiratization initiatives and UAE labor market practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition to onboarding. Source, screen, assess, and interview candidates. Coordinate interviews and provide hiring recommendations. Support Emiratisation targets and recruitment initiatives. Facilitate onboarding and security clearance processes. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruitment procedures.
