Business Development Manager
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facilities management and security services sector in the UAE Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into long-term contracts Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales and business development experience in the UAE Strong background in facilities management and security services industry (mandatory) Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing corporate contracts Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong network within relevant industries is an advantage Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Facilities Management Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Sales Business DevelopmentFacility ManagementFacilities Management Get real-time job updates only on our App
