Job Description Roles & Responsibilities In this role, your main responsibilities will be: Developing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs (incident, request, change, and problem management); Integrating with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub (e.g., LDAP, monitoring tools, CMDB, etc.); Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules: Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, etc.; Automating processes using JavaScript, Glide scripts, business rules, client scripts, and scheduled jobs; Performing unit testing, debugging, and quality validation of developments; Providing technical support and close collaboration with functional and technical teams; Writing technical documentation and applying best development practices; Participating in version upgrades and maintaining enhancements. Desired Candidate Profile Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5) Experience: 3-5 years Required Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow (development, administration, customization) Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and ServiceNow integration tools (Integration Hub, Orchestration) Understanding of ITIL best practices (incident, problem, and change management) Ability to work in a cross-functional team and good communication skills Rigor and attention to detail to ensure the quality and sustainability of solutions Experience in an Agile environment Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Additional Preferred Skills: Service Portal development, Performance Analytics Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, automated testing in ServiceNow) Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords ServiceNow Developer Get real-time job updates only on our App
