Senior Data Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work on strategic projects involving the collection, processing, and exploitation of large-scale data. The consultant will work within the Data teams and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, while ensuring the governance, performance, and reliability of the processes. Responsibilities include: designing and developing complex data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Python and SQL; data integration and transformation; setting up and automating the data infrastructure; implementing CI/CD practices to ensure reproducible and scalable deployments; deploying and monitoring processes; managing access and data security; monitoring and optimizing processing performance; participating in project committees; writing technical documentation; and providing support. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications I have a Master's degree in Computer Science Over 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer in Cloud environments: particularly GCP Excellent mastery of Google Cloud Platform. Very good skills in developing ETL pipelines with Python and SQL. Mastery of best practices for security and performance in a cloud environment. My mastery of CI/CD tools and practices Ability to work independently and interact with technical and technical teams. Rigour, analytical skills, initiative. Good level of communication (written and oral). Professional English.
