As part of our team, you'll help with technology strategy, enterprise architecture delivery, and specific software development for our clients needs. Project Context: We are building a next-generation digital banking platform, designed to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable financial services. This large-scale transformation leverages modern cloud-native architecture, API-led integration, and advanced data analytics to enable rapid innovation and operational resilience. The program is delivered from our engineering and delivery center, supporting a diverse, multi-disciplinary team working at the forefront of financial services technology. Our delivery model emphasizes: Agile, cross-functional teams Modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices Data-driven decision-making and AI/ML enablement Regulatory compliance and security by design A culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Role Summary: As Lead Solution Architect, you will own the end-to-end solution design for a large-scale digital banking platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and business objectives. The Lead Solution Architect is accountable for the end-to-end definition and implementation of the technical solution, reporting directly into the territory. This role assumes full ownership of all technical aspects of delivery, managing key technical client stakeholders (such as CTO, CIO, and Technical Directors) to ensure alignment and drive outcomes. The Lead Solution Architect acts as the primary technical representative for the ETIC team across territories, leads the architecture team (Data, Integration, Cloud, Application), and is responsible for key architectural decisions. The role works closely with the Project Director to provide technical input into project planning, risk management, reporting, and delivery approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and integration of scalable, secure, and resilient digital banking solutions. Define architecture blueprints, patterns, and guardrails for cross-functional engineering teams. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, DevOps, and security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements. Guide technology selection, PoCs, and adoption of modern engineering practices. Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers. Required Skills: 15+ years in solution architecture, with significant experience in FS/banking or regulated environments. Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS), microservices, API-led integration, and event-driven design. Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in financial services. Experience with agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevSecOps. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred/Bonus Skills: Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs. Certifications: TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect, or similar. Why Join Us?
