Administrator – Property & Asset Management (UAE National)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end tenancy administration, including contract issuance, renewals, transfers, and terminations in line with company policies. Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and filing systems (both physical and digital). Coordinate government-related processes such as tenancy attestation (Tawtheeq/Ejari) and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor rental collections, service charges, deposits, and overdue payments, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when required. Process financial transactions, including receivables reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation of payments. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders, handling queries and service requests efficiently. Coordinate with Property Management and Facilities teams for inspections, handovers, maintenance, and unit readiness. Manage tenant lifecycle activities including onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and security deposit refunds. Track lease expiries, renewals, and occupancy status, and prepare regular reports for management. Handle tenant communications, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate data in ERP/SAP systems and update trackers for collections, renewals, and inspections. Support adherence to operational procedures, compliance standards, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in administration, property management, or customer service roles. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP or property management systems is an advantage. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Basic understanding of property management processes and tenancy regulations in the UAE is preferred.
