Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our teams and participate in the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. Are you ready to join us and take on this challenge together? Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow. Implement, customize and integrate the main ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM) Customer Service Management (CSM) Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) D velopper des scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes). Participate in integrations with third-party tools (APIs, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.). Follow ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer). Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and ensure technological monitoring. Train and support internal teams and key users. Search profile Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience on ServiceNow, including 3 years on large-scale projects. Mastery of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC modules (at least 2 modules from these). Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript client and server). Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP, API). Good understanding of ITIL processes. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum mode. Analytical mind, autonomy and proactive approach.
