Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of residential or commercial estate properties. This role ensures the estate is well maintained, secure, and compliant with local regulations, while managing staff and coordinating services efficiently. Hire, train and supervise estate staff including cleaners, gardeners, security personnel, and technicians. Maintain estate records including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and compliance documents. Prepare reports on estate operations, budgets and expenditures. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in estate or facilities management Strong leadership and team coordination skills knowledge of property maintenance, budgeting and local compliance standards. Proficiency in MS Office and estate management software.
