Job Description Roles & Responsibilities In this role, your main responsibilities will be: Developing and maintaining Atlassian Data Center tools (on-premises); Preparing and supporting the migration to the Atlassian Cloud (SaaS) version; Analyzing company needs and configuring tools to meet them (workflows, screens, fields, permissions, notifications); Providing advanced administration in a Data Center environment (version upgrades, automation, Groovy development, REST API interfaces, etc.); Providing functional and technical support to our users; Participating in incident management and troubleshooting; Actively contributing to the migration project to the Cloud version Desired Candidate Profile Master's degree (Bac +5) Experience: More than 5 years Skills: Advanced proficiency in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence tools Languages: Java, Groovy, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, JSON and SQL Integrations: REST API, Webhoks, CI/CD (Git, Azure DevOps) Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), ITIL and SAFe Behavioral skills: Excellent teamwork skills, autonomy and rigor, ability to work remotely, clear and structured communication, customer service orientation Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Atlassian Administrator Get real-time job updates only on our App
