Test Lead Automation

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Test Lead Automation, you will be responsible for the test automation strategy and the supervision of QA teams. You will guarantee the quality of applications by developing robust test frameworks and ensuring the implementation of best practices. Your missions include: Definition and implementation of the test automation strategy. Design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks. Supervision and coordination of a team of testers (automation and functional). Development of test plans and execution of automated test campaigns. Collaboration with development, DevOps, and third-party teams to ensure the quality of deliverables. Continuous improvement of test processes and integration of new technologies and tools. Analysis of test results and reporting of anomalies. Technological watch and recommendation of best practices in test automation. Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills Technical Skills Mastery of automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Robot Framework Good knowledge of scripting languages: Python, Java Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) Experience with REST APIs and their validation through automated tests Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills) Leadership and ability to supervise a team. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good communication and pedagogical skills. Rigor and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders. Qualifications Profile Education: Bac+5 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Experience: 5-10 years in testing, including significant experience in automation and team supervision. Languages: French and English (technical) required.
