Senior FrontEnd Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop web interfaces with a strong command of the technologies; Transform UI/UX mockups into robust components, ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness; Propose improvements when the design is difficult to implement or maintain; Lead cross-functional collaboration and communication by working with design, backend, and DevOps teams; Ensure software quality beyond bug fixing tests (strengthen tests, define technical and functional acceptance criteria); Effectively debug and ensure the reliability of features; Define the frontend architecture and technical standards; Write useful technical and functional documentation: Document the architecture and technical decisions; Document reusable components and integration. Ensure knowledge transfer to the team; conduct code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, performance, and security; mentor and train junior staff and support their skills development.
