Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Experienced Scrum Master with 6+ years in IT and minimum 3+ years in Agile/Scrum roles within the Banking / Financial Services domain Strong track record of delivering banking applications (Core Banking, Payments, Digital Banking, Lending) using Agile methodologies Acts as a servant leader and Agile coach , enabling high-performing teams and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and complex delivery environments Experience working in regulated environments with compliance, risk, and governance requirements Proficient in driving end-to-end Agile delivery, sprint execution, and continuous improvement initiatives Strong exposure to Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and delivery metrics Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and multi-team coordination Experience in DevOps-driven delivery models and CI/CD environments Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Roles Act as a Scrum Master and Agile facilitator for one or more teams Serve as a servant leader , guiding teams on Agile values and principles Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum framework adherence Partner with Product Owners for backlog prioritization and refinement Act as a bridge between business, technology, and leadership teams Lead Agile transformation and maturity improvement initiatives Manage cross-team dependencies and program-level coordination Provide visibility into delivery status, risks, and performance metrics Support release planning and roadmap execution Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement culture Responsibilities (10 Key Points) Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives Ensure timely and quality delivery of sprint commitments Identify, track, and resolve impediments and blockers Monitor and improve Agile KPIs (Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time) Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, priorities, and expectations Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk, and governance standards Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops Coordinate with DevOps teams for smooth CI/CD and release management Maintain project documentation and reporting using Agile tools Support risk management, issue escalation, and decision-making processes Desired Candidate Profile Experienced Scrum Master with 6+ years in IT and minimum 3+ years in Agile/Scrum roles within the Banking / Financial Services domain.
