We are seeking an accomplished Principal Solutions Architect to lead our enterprise-scale AI initiatives and drive the development of sophisticated AI solutions. The AI Delivery Principal Solutions Architect will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy, leading high-impact projects, and providing technical leadership across the organization. This role will pioneer the use of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration to build scalable, secure, and interoperable AI systems across hybrid and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML, a strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership abilities. Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that deliver significant business value. Serve as a thought leader in AI, both within the organization and in the industry. Solution Architecture Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI solutions. Architect and oversee multi-agent AI systems leveraging MCP for shared context management, interoperability, and secure inter-agent communication Ensure all AI solutions adhere to principles of scalability, modularity, observability, security, and governance across federated infrastructures Design A2A collaboration frameworks enabling autonomous, goal-oriented coordination between specialized agents across cloud, edge, and on-prem deployments Lead the design of hybrid AI architectures integrating Generative AI, structured reasoning agents, and traditional enterprise services Lead the evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies and frameworks. Project Leadership Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization to deployment and optimization. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery. Technical Expertise Deep technical proficiency in agentic AI design, model orchestration, and multi-agent communication protocols (e.g., MCP, LangChain, Semantic Kernel) Proven experience integrating LLMs and agent frameworks into enterprise ecosystems Hands-on experience with hybrid AI deployments, combining cloud-native scalability with on-premise GPU and edge compute environments Ensure best practices in AI model development, deployment, and maintenance. Collaboration and Influence Partner with the leadership team to communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives. Collaborate with product management, data science, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Continuous Innovation Stay at the forefront of AI research and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the organization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the AI team. Evaluate and implement MLOps practices to streamline AI workflows and model management. Collaborate with global partners to advance MCP standards and ensure interoperability across multi-model ecosystems Qualifications: Skills and attributes for success Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to driving change and innovation. To qualify for the role you must have Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and development, with a track record of delivering impactful AI solutions. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale AI projects and managing cross-functional teams. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services and hybrid AI deployments combining cloud-native scalability with on-premise GPU Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Rust, or Java. Expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning techniques. Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Semantic Kernel.).
