Job Description Roles & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Odoo ERP Management Day-to-day administration and operation of the Odoo ERP system Act as primary liaison between TASA and external implementation partners Ensure all modules are configured, maintained, and operating effectively Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate corrective actions Manufacturing Operations (MRP) Configure and manage Manufacturing (MRP) modules Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings Configure work centres, production stages, and manufacturing workflows Monitor production orders, machine utilisation, and performance Establish production planning based on customer demand and capacity Configure manufacturing lead times and scheduling parameters Track and improve Turnaround Time (TAT) across production activities Machine & Work Centre Management Create and maintain machine master data, capacities, and cycle times Monitor machine utilisation, production bottlenecks, and efficiency rates Support preventive maintenance scheduling via the Maintenance Module Coordinate with production teams for accurate machine performance recording Procurement & Inventory Management Configure and maintain end-to-end procurement workflows Monitor stock levels, reorder rules, safety stock, and valuations Ensure material planning aligns with production requirements Implement stock traceability and movement controls Quality Management Implement QC and QA processes within Odoo Quality module Configure inspection points, quality checks, and non-conformance reporting Monitor product quality records and compliance requirements Generate quality performance reports and corrective action tracking Process Improvement & Automation Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities Develop workflows that reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency Align operational requirements with Odoo system capabilities Data Management & Reporting Maintain master data integrity across all modules Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports covering: Production Performance, Machine Utilisation, OEE, Inventory Accuracy, Procurement Performance, Lead Time, TAT, Production Costs, and Quality Metrics User Training & Support Train employees on Odoo best practices and module usage Prepare SOPs, user manuals, process flows, and training materials Provide first-level support and conduct periodic system audits Project Management Support current and future Odoo implementation projects Coordinate UAT activities and ensure successful module deployments Track project milestones, risks, and implementation progress MODULES TO HANDLE (not limited to) Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, CRM, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Project Management, Accounting, HR & Attendance, Documents, Approvals, Helpdesk, Fleet REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Desired Candidate Profile Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, ERP Systems, or related field Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Certification preferred Minimum 5–8 years of ERP experience Minimum 3–5 years of Odoo Manufacturing implementation experience Proven experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP architecture and workflows Expertise in MRP — BOMs, Routings, Work Centres, Production Orders Inventory planning and warehouse operations in Odoo Reporting, dashboard, and KPI development capabilities SQL / PostgreSQL and Odoo customisation is an advantage API integrations and third-party connectivity preferred Key Competencies Deep manufacturing process knowledge ERP implementation expertise and problem-solving acumen Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills Project management with milestone & risk tracking Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset Ability to train and guide cross-functional teams Self-driven; manages multiple priorities independently Resilient and adaptable in manufacturing environments Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area ERPCRM (IT Software) Keywords Odoo ERPOdoo ManufacturingMRPBill Of MaterialsBOMRoutingsWork CentresProduction PlanningERP ImplementationOdoo Functional ConsultantInventory ManagementProcurementManufacturing ERPOEEMachine UtilisationPostgreSQLSQLO Get real-time job updates only on our App
