GENERAL MAINTENCE TECHNICIAN

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians with a minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury residences, palaces, embassies, hotels, stadiums, commercial buildings, facilities management, oil & gas, or other high-profile properties. The selected candidates will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of a VVIP residence. The role includes electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence. The position requires on-call availability for emergency maintenance requirements and involves both indoor and outdoor work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and other physical maintenance tasks. Desired Candidate Profile Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, utility systems, and associated facilities. Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before failures occur. Carry out minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and building systems. Maintain lighting systems, distribution boards, switches, sockets, and related equipment. Repair plumbing fixtures, water supply systems, drainage systems, pumps, and sanitary installations. Assist in maintaining HVAC systems, including split units, VRF systems, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems. Perform mechanical maintenance on pumps, motors, and rotating equipment. Carry out furniture repairs and minor carpentry work. Support maintenance of swimming pools, fountains, irrigation systems, gardens, and external facilities. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests. Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts inventories. Coordinate with contractors and service providers. Follow all HSE, security, and access-control procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding VVIP family activities and property information.
