Technical Architecture Lead Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, testing, integration, and maintenance of technology solutions and applications. The role works closely with project teams, developers, vendors, and business users to ensure that technical requirements are met, and systems operate efficiently and effectively. Assist in the implementation, deployment, and integration of systems and technology solutions. Coordinate with internal servers and network team and explain IP subnetting and classes Basic understanding of IP address subnetting classes Basic understanding of VPN connections type in network Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution development activities. Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of applications and system enhancements. Review technical documentation and assist in validating system configurations and functionalities. Support software testing activities and verify that technical requirements are met. Assist in analyzing system issues and troubleshooting application defects. Participate in change request implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Support developers and vendors during implementation and post-go-live activities. Monitor system performance and report technical issues, risks, and improvement opportunities. Assist in maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and support guides. Participate in incident management activities and root cause analysis exercises. Ensure compliance with IT standards, security requirements, and established procedures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and support solution delivery. Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives where applicable. Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, project teams, and internal IT departments to ensure successful project delivery. Schedule, facilitate, and lead project meetings, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, technical discussions, and status review meetings with business users, vendors, and internal teams. Coordinate with vendor project managers and technical teams to ensure project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and technical requirements are clearly understood and executed. Manage project communications and provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and issue reports to management and stakeholders. Coordinate with internal Network, Server, Security, Database, and Infrastructure teams to support project implementation and operational requirements. Lead infrastructure readiness activities, ensuring all network, server, storage, security, and connectivity requirements are completed before implementation. Design, review, and maintain IP addressing VLAN configurations, and network segmentation plans. Review and validate server specifications, operating system requirements, network configurations, load-balancing requirements. Work closely with server teams to provision and configure development, staging, and production environments. Coordinate server access, user permissions, service accounts, and infrastructure-related requirements for project teams and vendors. Monitor infrastructure dependencies and ensure all server, network, and security configurations align with project requirements. Demonstrate strong understanding of VPN technologies, including Site-to-Site VPN, Client-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN connectivity. Coordinate VPN setup and connectivity between internal systems, cloud environments, third-party vendors, and external partners. Work with network and security teams to implement firewall policies, access control rules, NAT configurations, and secure communication channels. Ensure network connectivity between systems, applications, databases, and vendor environments is established and tested successfully. Coordinate security reviews and ensure all connectivity solutions comply with organizational security standards and policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding technical, infrastructure, integration, network, and connectivity requirements. Coordinate daily with vendor project managers and technical teams to review project progress, discuss issues, and drive timely resolution of blockers. Assist vendors in resolving network connectivity issues, VPN configuration issues, server access requests, firewall-related issues, and system integration challenges. Coordinate implementation activities between vendors and internal IT teams throughout project initiation, execution, deployment, and project closure. Ensure vendor access requests, server access, VPN connectivity, and infrastructure requirements are processed and completed within project timelines. Review vendor technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and deployment plans. Validate vendor solutions to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure, network, security, and enterprise architecture standards. Participate in technical solution design discussions and contribute to application, infrastructure, and integration architecture decisions. Coordinate system integrations between internal applications, third-party platforms, cloud services, APIs, databases, and vendor solutions. Review and validate interface specifications, data mapping documents, API integrations, and technical design documents. Support application configuration, deployment, upgrades, enhancements, and Vendor production releases. Ensure all integration requirements are documented, tested, and successfully implemented. Provide day-to-day technical coordination and support for project teams, vendors, developers, infrastructure teams, and business users. Monitor system performance, application availability, network connectivity, and project servers infrastructure health. Investigate and troubleshoot application, server, database, network, VPN, and integration-related incidents. Lead incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis activities. Coordinate with support teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of production issues. Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, VPN configurations, server inventories, integration documents, and operational procedures. Prepare meeting minutes, issue logs, risk registers, project reports, and technical implementation documents. Ensure compliance with IT governance policies, cybersecurity standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support audits, security reviews, and compliance assessments related to infrastructure and project activities. Desired Candidate Profile MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 0 3 years of experience in Information Technology, Software Development, System Support, System Implementation, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience may be considered. Special Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development and system implementation concepts. Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and application support. Familiarity with SDLC concepts and testing methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
