DevOps Engineer
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We re seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing technology team building scalable, cloud-native platforms that support critical business operations and customer-facing products. This is an opportunity to work with modern technologies, automate complex environments, and play a key role in shaping the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence of a high-performing engineering organization. You ll work closely with Software Engineers, Architects, and Product teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and developer productivity while helping to build a world-class cloud platform. What You ll Be Doing: Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable software delivery. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using modern automation tools. Monitor platform health, performance, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Improve system scalability, resilience, and security across cloud environments. Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency. Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions. Support containerized environments and orchestration platforms. Drive DevOps best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and automation. Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering role. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration. Experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic. Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Experience implementing GitOps practices using ArgoCD or Flux. Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems architecture. Experience with security automation and DevSecOps practices. Exposure to serverless technologies and event-driven architectures. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
